Delivery & Returns
Plain answers on how we get your order to you and what to do if it isn't right.
Delivery across Ireland
- €6.50 per order by An Post
- Dog food and bagged feed: €6.50 per bag. Each bag travels as its own parcel, so two bags is €13.00 and three is €19.50
- Free on orders over €100 – this applies to clothing, boots and other light goods, not to feed bags
- Usually arrives in 3–5 working days
- Clothing and boots are ordered in from the supplier in your size, so some can take a few days longer – we'll tell you
- Republic of Ireland addresses only
Collect from the yard
- Telfords Yard, Clonminam Industrial Estate, Portlaoise, R32 WIXE
- Mon–Fri 8:45am–5:30pm · Sat 8:45am–4:30pm
- Dog food can be delivered or collected, your choice. Other heavy goods – horse and farm feed, salt, fuel – are collect only and marked on the product page
- We'll load the car or trailer for you
Returns and exchanges
Changed your mind? Anything bought online can be returned within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange – unused, with tags and packaging. Boots and clothing that don't fit are the usual reason, and that's no problem.
- Ring 057 867 2980 or email [email protected] with your order number.
- Post the item back to us, or drop it into the yard.
- We refund the card you paid with within 14 days of getting it back.
Return postage is on you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing – then we cover it. Opened feed, supplements and animal-health products can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Faulty goods
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, get in touch and we'll repair, replace or refund it. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected by anything on this page.
