The FSS50 is the compact Fire Safety Stick with a minimum 50-second discharge time. It contains no pressurised canister: a solid compound produces a potassium aerosol that interrupts the chemical reaction of the fire, leaving no corrosive mess or residue. It is rated for Class A (solids), B (flammable liquids), C (flammable gases), F (cooking oils and fats) and electrical fires up to 100,000 V, has a 15-year shelf life and needs no servicing. Weighs 215 g and measures 270 mm x 35 mm. The Standard pack includes one mounting clip and instructions.
